In the past, have you dreaded Summer because it meant wearing less and feeling too hot?

Well guess what? life is too short to worry about that and there are so many benefits of the Summer season and you definitely need to be out there enjoying every bit of it because it won't last forever.

Here are 9 tips on how to have your best Summer yet!

1) Go on a Summer shopping spree and pick out your favourite pieces to wear this Summer!

2) Don't worry about your arms or legs or Stomach showing, instead feel empowered to wear your favourite tank top or shorts or crop top and feel so good!

3) Drink lots of water to feel hydrated and your skin will thank you for it!

4) Go out more often to meet family and friends and visit places you have been wanting to go to for so long!

5) Ignore and get rid of your inner critic and be kind to yourself!

6) Dance like no one is watching even though you are doing it in the bedroom and release those endorphins! 

7) Don't forget to use Sun protection to prevent sun burn and to protect your health whenever you are out and about!

8) Take a break, whether it's a few days off work, off social media and just soak in the Sun!

9) Go for regular walks and learn to appreciate nature and smell the roses!
