Shipping policy


Please note that most designs are custom-made, therefore we will need up to 7 days to process your order. Any items in stock are available to ship within 1 or 2 days.

We ship world-wide and offer the following options:
  • For UK orders, we offer a standard shipping cost of £3.99 and we will aim to ship your order once custom made within 1 to 2 working days and deliver within 1 to 3 working days.
  • For Europe orders, we offer a standard shipping cost of £7.99 and we will aim to ship your order once custom made within 1 to 2 working days and deliver within 5 to 7 working days.
  • For US, Canada and Australia orders, we offer a standard shipping cost of £14.99 and we will aim to ship your order once custom made within 1 to 2 working days and to deliver within 6 to 10 working days.
  • For US, we also offer an express shipping cost of £24.99 and we will aim to deliver within 3 working days.
  • Please email us at enquiry@joshshe.com for an estimated delivery time for your Country and to request a shorter, more guaranteed delivery service.
  • If for some reason due to busy periods such as sales, we are unable to deliver on time, then we will notify you via email and provide an estimated delivery time.
  • Please note that although we take full responsibility for shipping, we cannot guarantee the delivery day or take responsibility of the delivery itself. Therefore the times given above are an estimation due to logistics of the delivery companies.
  • Any customs charges are applied at the discretion of the courier and local laws and all customs charges will be payable by the customer and will not be covered by JOSHSHE. 
  • For more accurate information, we’d suggest getting in touch with your local customs office so you’re not surprised if there are any unexpected delivery charges at your end. If you refuse to accept delivery of the items you have purchased, the courier may return the items to JOSHSHE .
  • In this case, JOSHSHE may be required to pay additional charges to the courier in respect of the cost of return including customs and import duties that were payable by you.
  • We will look to recover these costs from you by deducting the relevant amount from any refund owed to you.
  • We will regularly review our shipping policy to ensure that we provide the highest possible service to all our customers.
