Refund policy

At JOSHSHE, we want all our customers to be satisfied with their purchase, however in the event you are not satisfied, we offer a refund policy as follows:

• You can request for a refund within 14 days of receiving your purchase
• You must return your purchase in its original condition within 14 days after the refund request
• We will refund you via your original payment method within 7 days of receiving your returned purchase
• We will refund you only for the cost of the purchase and not your delivery charge. 
• You are responsible for your postage costs when returning your purchase
• If you wish for a refund, please email us at support@joshshe.com and tell us the reason for the refund request. We will respond to you and provide you with the returns address
• We are unable to offer exchanges at this time.
